Become a Vendor at Pride Fest

Are you interested in being a vendor at Halton Pride Fest '24?

Event Details and Vendor Requirements:

• Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Hidden Valley Park in Burlington from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Vendor space will be 10ft x 10ft per spot

• All spaces are outdoors and this is a rain or shine event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents/booths/tables/chairs, etc.

• Vendors agree to stay open for the duration of the event unless otherwise noted and approved.

• Vendor Fee - $100

• Vendors must have proof of liability insurance for approval.

• All vendors selling food, once accepted, are responsible for submitting their own application to the Halton Region Health Department.
